Christopher Hoskins is a secondary English teacher at Maine Connections Academy (MCA). He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine, Orono. Prior to joining the Connections Academy team, Mr. Hoskins taught for nine years at a Massachusetts charter school, and worked at a literacy center in San Diego, California for four years. Mr. Hoskins is deeply passionate about the charter school movement and its ability to provide families and students with alternatives to “big box education.” He is excited to be back to his roots by teaching in Maine, and believes in the potential of each student. Mr. Hoskins has high expectations for student achievement and a deep conviction for the power of differentiated instruction.
