Free Public Virtual School in Washington

Students throughout Washington have the opportunity to thrive at Washington Connections Academy (WACA), a tuition-free public online school. WACA gives students the flexibility to learn at home with an online curriculum that meets rigorous state education standards. For the 2018–19 school year, WACA will serve students in grades K–11. The school will add one grade per year, ultimately serving students in grades K–12. 

WACA will help each student maximize his or her potential through a uniquely individualized learning program featuring:

• A challenging curriculum developed by leading education experts
• Instruction from state-certified teachers experienced in online instruction
• Support from trained counselors, principals, and administrative staff
• Curriculum materials needed to participate in a dynamic online learning environment
