Texas Connections Academy opened as a tuition-free online public school in Texas in 2009 and has been helping students ignite their passions and find a path to success ever since.
Texas Connections Academy consists of two programs, operated and authorized in partnership with the Houston Independent School District (HISD) for grades 3-12 and Mineral Wells Independent School District (MWISD) for grades 3-10.
Both programs offer the same services, teachers, resources, and high-quality curriculum to students throughout the state. Operating under two programs in Texas allows us to serve more families while continuing to provide a high level of academic support and individualized attention.
Everyone at Texas Connections Academy will be highly successful in our personalized learning community as they pursue their dreams.
