Steps to Request an Unofficial Transcript

Texas public schools request records via TREx; you can find our campus 101912100. All Texas public schools must use TREx.
Private schools, out of state schools or parents/families may send an email request to tcah-recordsrequest@tcah.connectionsacademy.org.

Steps to Request an Official Transcript

To request an official transcript from Texas Connections Academy, please complete and submit the request form.
Once submitted, the request will be processed in the order received. Please be advised: Depending on the volume of requests, it may take up to 10 business days to process.
If you are a currently enrolled student and are requesting a copy of a transcript for a college, please log into the Schoolinks website.

Note:

The High School official transcript request form is specifically for those who meet one or more of the following criteria:

Currently enrolled Texas Connections Academy student in the 9th-12th grade
Currently enrolled Texas Connections Academy student that has earned credit from one or more high school level course
Former students or graduates of Texas Connections Academy

*If you are in need of a transcript to enroll your student into another Texas public school, the new school will accept the unofficial transcript copy for registration and once enrolled, the enrolling school will send a request directly to Texas Connections Academy via the state mandated records exchange system, TREx, for the official record.
