Lance Little

Lance Little is a High School Assistant Principal at Arkansas Connections Academy. He began his education career as a junior high social studies teacher in 2013 and joined Arkansas Connections Academy in 2023. In his current role, Mr. Little supports high school students, families, and staff while helping foster a positive and engaging online learning environment.
Why I Chose Education
I see teaching as an opportunity to continue to learn and grow while inspiring others to embark on a path of lifelong learning. I am excited to represent a school that believes in the importance of providing quality online learning that is designed to meet the diverse needs within our learning community.

In my time away from school, I enjoy spending time outside with my family. We love visiting the park, playing soccer, and going on hikes and adventures together.
