Our goal is to help students grow into resilient individuals who can thrive in a changing world. Our learning model enables each student to develop independence and responsibility, explore their individual passions, and ultimately learn how they learn best. Success can take many different forms, including (but certainly not limited to!) students who:
- thrive in college, thanks to college preparation provided by Connections Academy
- go on to pursue their unique interests, like entrepreneurship or acting
- deepen their knowledge in Advanced Placement®* courses
spend more time with their family because of their flexible schedule - find the support they need for academic areas they previously struggled with
- gain social support and acceptance after experiencing bullying in a former school

We believe that students learn better when they feel supported and encouraged by those most important to them. Because of our at-home learning model, parents play an essential and active part in their student’s success, taking on the role of Learning Coach every day. By inviting teachers, children, and their families to collaborate, we create a tight-knit, goal-oriented team that supports student goals.

Connections Academy is a division of Connections Education, which is accredited by Cognia, formerly AdvancED. Cognia offers accreditation and certification, assessment, professional learning, and improvement services to institutions and other education providers.
Many of the Connections Academy–supported schools are also accredited by one or more of six regional accrediting organizations for higher- education institutions, recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the United States Department of Education.
