All requests for official transcripts and high school diplomas will now be fulfilled electronically through Parchment.com and are for high school seniors and alumni only. Utah Connections Academy has authorized Parchment, Inc. to provide transcripts and/or diplomas in electronic or paper format. If this is your first time making a request, you will first have to register by creating a new account on Parchment.com. Once you have created your account, you can request to have your transcript and/or diploma sent to any destination and track your order. Please see the “Fees” section below for more information.
Currently enrolled students can access their unofficial current progress reports/transcripts in Pearson Online Classroom.
Schools or former students that need to request records can send a records request to uca-administration@uca.connectionsacademy.org. More information provided below.
How To
Steps to Request an Official Transcript/High School Diploma
- Visit the customized Parchment.com Utah Connections Academy request page.
- Fill in the required fields to create your free account. For the “last year attended”, please enter the student’s expected high school graduation year. If the student is a graduate, please enter the actual graduation year.
- Follow the prompts and sign the waiver.
- Finally, select the destination(s) where you’d like your transcript/diploma to be received, either electronically or via mail. You can choose to receive a copy for yourself, search for a school, or enter the destination data manually.

Unofficial Transcript and Report Card Requests
To request unofficial transcripts, report cards, test scores, or other cumulative file items free of charge, please fill out our Records Request form and email/fax it back to the school office as indicated on the form.
