Jacqueline Gerbermann

Jacqueline Gerberman is a high school teacher at Texas Connections Academy @ Houston. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Texas A&M Univeristy and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the Universityof Phoenix. Ms. Gerberman began teaching in 2002 and joined Texas Connections Academy in 2014. She shares more below.
“I became a teacher because I can still reach kids—adults are much harder to reach. The benefit of teaching at an onlineschool versus a bricks-and-mortar one is that it allows me to teach kids that want to learn. I love teaching at Texas Connections Academybecause I love the flexibility and the one-on-one interaction with my students.
