Elementary Student
Paxton is in the fifth grade at Missouri Connections Academy. According to her mother, Bethiny, the family enrolled Paxton in our online school this year so she’d be in a more flexible learning environment that fits their daily lives.
More Flexibility, More One-on-One Learning
“We needed a program that is more flexible and enables students to complete assignments at their own pace and offers more one-on-one learning,” said Bethiny.
In her spare time, Paxton loves playing soccer, crafting hand puppets, playing video games, and travelling the country with her family.
In recognition of Paxton’s hard work and the kindness she shows her peers, her teacher, Mr. Moss, nominated her to be one of Missouri Connections Academy’s “Spotlight Students” for the month of October.
Paxton is very studious and helpful to her peers. She recently shared her screen for the whole class and explained how to complete a portfolio.
