Why I Became an Educator

I’ve always been a coach and involved in sports, and teaching, to me, is coaching a student on how to be successful at their sport (education). I also have coached track and field, basketball, and CrossFit in the past.

The Online School Experience at Falcon View Connections Academy

I enjoy working at Falcon View Connections Academy because of our community of teachers. Our school community allows failure to not be seen as a bad thing, but rather an opportunity to grow. We can meet students where they are at and personalize the educational approach to help them achieve their potential. The world is becoming ever-more digital, so understanding how to navigate it to achieve a personal goal (education for our students) will help them be ready for the future.

We can meet students where they are at and personalize the educational approach to help them achieve their potential.
