Why I Became a Teacher
I have always loved learning, and I enjoy learning new things across all subjects: social studies, science, language arts, math, etc. I want students to have that same desire to be life-long learners. Our world is so vast, which means there will always be something new to be studied and learned!

We have the ability to have more small-group and one-on-one interactions with students to ensure that each student is successful. It allows teachers to build stronger connections. The curriculum is rigorous and aligns with MN state standards, which prepares students for a bright future whether it be entering the job force or furthering their education.
The success of a child's education is determined not only by a teachers' guidance and instruction, but also by the motivation and effort put forth by the student to take ownership of their learning.

My amazing husband and I have three wonderful daughters. I love traveling to new places, motorcycling, hiking, and reading.
