Why I Became an Educator
I became an educator because I have always been passionate about helping students discover their strengths and reach their goals. I enjoy supporting students as they navigate academic, personal, and career decisions, and I find it rewarding to be a positive influence during important stages of their lives. Seeing students gain confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve success is what inspires me most about working in education.

Kansas Connections Academy allows educators to meet students where they are and provide individualized support that helps them thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places. I also enjoy listening to books on Audible, spending time with my pets, refinishing furniture, and singing!
