When your child attends Great Lakes Learning Academy, they’ll be attending a high-quality public charter school where they can meet all the Michigan educational and high school graduation requirements.
Great Lakes Learning Academy (GLLA) is authorized through Central Michigan University. Great Lakes Learning Academy (GLLA) is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, the Northwest Accreditation Commission, and the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), which are accrediting divisions of Cognia. Connections Academy schools are supported by Connections Education LLC, which is accredited by Cognia.
The following courses, organized by subject area, have been approved by the NCAA Eligibility Center for use towards initial eligibility when delivered by Connections Education, Connections Academy, or Pearson Virtual Schools teachers using the Pearson Online Classroom (formerly Connexus®) EMS platform. The approved content is the Connections Education version of the course.
Note that not all courses may be available at all locations, and there may be slight variations between your state’s course naming convention and the name of the course listed on the NCAA Eligibility Center High School Portal.
