Enrollment for the 2010–11 School Year

Important Deadlines:

  • Connections Academy strongly encourages you to begin enrollment by September 17, 2010.
  • The last day to begin enrollment for the 2010–11 school year is September 20, 2010.
  • All enrollment documents must be submitted and verified by the 5:00 PM Mountain Time on September 21, 2010.
  • The last day to complete the Final Confirmation to enroll your student is September 23, 2010.

How to Enroll


  • Step 1: Once you have reviewed the eligibility requirements and the overview of our program , complete the  enrollment form to begin the enrollment process and create your Caretaker Homepage.
  • Step 2: Log-in to your Caretaker Homepage, complete the online forms and submit the documents listed on your Homepage. The Enrollment Department will verify your eligibility. (Please allow 48 hours from receipt for your documents to be verified.)
  • Step 3: Check the status of your documents daily, by logging-in to your Caretaker Homepage.
  • Step 4: When all your documents have been verified, complete the Final Confirmation found on your Caretaker Homepage—Your student is now enrolled!

    Enroll Online


    To enroll online you will need an email address and regular access to a computer. Create an account with us, and provide us with some information about your student and family. Begin online enrollment now.

    Enroll by mail or fax

    If you do not have an email address or regular access to a computer, you may enroll through our offline process. Complete the Enrollment Package Request form to have an enrollment package mailed to you.
