Christopher D. Bradford

Christopher Bradford

Christopher D. Bradford is a secondary school science and math teacher at Wyoming Connections Academy (WYCA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and astronomy from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also earned a master's degree in mathematics education from Western Governors University. Mr. Bradford began teaching in 2006 and joined Connections Academy in 2014. He teaches physics, as well as algebra, geometry, statistics, pre-calculus and calculus. Mr. Bradford shares more below.

“I became a teacher because I like sharing my knowledge and excitement about science and math. I also love interacting with students and getting them excited about learning. The atmosphere at WYCA is fun and laid back, and my coworkers are great.

The benefit of teaching at an online school versus a bricks-and-mortar school is that there is more flexibility and freedom. Enrolling your student in WYCA is a wonderful opportunity to not just learn a wide-range of material, but also to learn a higher form of responsibility as the student takes charge of his or her education.”

Outside of teaching, Mr. Bradford loves hiking, visiting National Parks, skiing, reading, and spending time with his wife and four kids.

Enrolling your student in WYCA is a wonderful opportunity to not just learn a wide-range of material, but also to learn a higher form of responsibility as the student takes charge of their education.
