Caretakers and Learning Coaches will receive webmail messages that include specific dates, times, and location for testing. All testing is administered in person at one of the designated testing sites and all students in grades 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th as well as those enrolled in Algebra I, Biology, English II and US History are REQUIRED to test.
Our current testing sites/cities are Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Greenville and Myrtle Beach.
Mandatory state testing for 2022-2023 will take place as follows:
- All 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will take SC Ready Reading Part I, Reading Part II and Math assessments during the May 8th - May 19th testing window. These are 3 tests administered on 3 different days.
- All 4th grade and 6th grade students will take SC Pass Science assessment during the May 8th - May 27th testing window.
- All high school students enrolled in Algebra 1, English 2, Biology, and/or US History will take End of Course (EOC) exams during the May 8th - May 19th testing window.
