Career Pathways
Online high school students at Reach Cyber Charter School can select a career pathway from one of six career and technical education (CTE) career clusters. These planned programs of study can be customized to help students gain specific skills and certifications needed in their field of interest.

Communicating Student Career Readiness
To help students communicate their credentials and accomplishments in an ever-expanding online marketplace, Reach Cyber has become the first online school in Pennsylvania to partner with Credly’s Acclaim platform to provide our students with Reach Pro Badges with the completion of our career pathway courses.
These digital badges symbolize student achievements and career readiness in a way that can be displayed, accessed, verified, and shared online.
What Are Reach Pro Badges?
Reach Pro Badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification, or learning outcome that can be verified in real time and shared online to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook; sent by email; or embedded in a website or in an email signature.
Students can earn Reach Pro Badges based on our six career pathways, each with three levels of accomplishment:
- Arts and Communications
- Business Administration
- Health Sciences
- Human Services
- Information Technology
- STEM
Upon successful completion of a career pathway program, students will be provided with a Reach Pro Badge through the Acclaim website. These badges can be shared and displayed across various digital platforms to show employers and peers the new credentials and skills the student is now capable of.
How Credly Helps Students Build Their Careers
Through Reach Cyber Charter School’s partnership with Credly, students have the opportunity to use the Acclaim platform to manage and share their badge online, view information about various job markets, and directly access job listings based on their newly earned skills. Students can search and apply for job opportunities directly through the Acclaim platform.Reach Pro Badges will help our students stand out from the crowd to employers and postsecondary institutions.
