The Home Depot is the largest home-improvement retailer in the U.S. The company’s Path to Pro initiative introduces high school students to careers in the skilled trade industry.
The program is available to Connections Academy high school students (ages 16+), their families, and recent Connections Academy graduates.

The Home Depot’s Path to Pro program gives Connections Academy students access to:
Access to:
Virtual, self-paced courses in electrical, drywall, paint, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction
The training and education needed to realize these careers
Knowledge in basics such as jobsite safety, construction materials, navigating tools, and more
After completing the program, participants (ages 18+) can build a free profile in the Path to Pro Network to showcase their skills, upload a resume, apply for more than 2,500 jobs, and connect to millions of The Home Depot Pro customers looking for skilled workers.
