Ohio College Credit Plus Courses
Dual Credit Program
Ohio Connections Academy is pleased to announce that students in grades 7–12 may earn dual credits through Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program.
Students may take College Credit Plus courses from a public college for free, which includes tuition, books, and other fees. If students choose courses from a private college, they may have small costs. Students should work with their school counselor to choose the College Credit Plus courses that best suit their future academic and career goals.
How to Qualify
To qualify, students in grades 7–12 must submit a Letter of Intent to the CCP Coordinator or counselor between Feb. 3 - April 1 and then schedule a meeting with the CCP Coordinator. Next the student must apply for College Credit Plus program admission at any public or participating private college. Students will be admitted based on their college-readiness level in certain subject areas and may need to take a placement test.
