Minnesota Connections Academy Celebrates the Graduating Class of 2026
Statewide online public school program honors students during 18th annual graduation ceremony
St. Paul, MN – June 11, 2026 — More than 900 graduating seniors from throughout Minnesota recently received their high school diplomas as members of Minnesota Connections Academy’s Class of 2026. The tuition-free, online public school program serving students in grades K-12 across the state recently celebrated the graduates during an in-person commencement ceremony at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.

The commencement ceremony featured remarks from student speakers including Elliott Morris of Beaver Creek, Campbell Foust of Savage and Asmaa Anshuur of Minneapolis.
The Class of 2026 is the 18th graduating class for the virtual school program and they have a wide range of post-graduation plans. Among this year’s graduates, 44 percent plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university. Others will join the military, participate in performing arts pathways, or take a gap year as they prepare for their next chapter.
