Maxwell is a recent graduate of Minnesota Connections Academy. He took part in the Minnesota House of Representatives High School Page Program and plans to join the Air Force ROTC.
Why Maxwell Chose Our School
Maxwell chose to attend our school because he enjoyed learning remotely during the pandemic and was interested in seeing what a school devoted to online education would be like. Maxwell says, “I wanted to be able to attend school from home, learn time-management skills, and meet people from around the state.
“I’ve gotten all that and more at Minnesota Connections Academy. … If you want to improve yourself, be independent, and open yourself up to the outside world, this school is right for you.”

What Maxwell appreciates most about Minnesota Connections Academy is the teachers. He says, “I’ve made strong relationships with teachers who have helped me along my journey. Through these relationships, I’ve been able to understand course material better than if I was working completely alone.”
Maxwell believes attending Minnesota Connections Academy has prepared him well for his future by not only teaching him time-management skills, but also helping him develop a great work ethic that will benefit him in his military career. We have no doubt Maxwell will fly high in the Air Force.
