Dr. Melissa Jordan is an educator who loves to inspire and encourage students and has been in the field of education for more than 18 years. Her experience and accomplishments have helped prepare her to succeed at Lighthouse Connections Academy.
Dr. Jordan started her career as a high school counselor in Michigan in 2004. She continued counseling in Georgia, where she decided to pursue her doctorate and move into administration.
Dr. Jordan considers it a privilege to have been an assistant principal in both urban and suburban school districts across the state of Michigan. She’s also an accomplished speaker and shares her expertise in professional development with various school districts and at many conferences.
