Why I Became a Teacher
I am a 13-year secondary-level educator, and relish every opportunity to practice critical pedagogy, inspire critical thinking, expand creative and empathic capacity, and enlarge the intellectual universes of young learners everywhere!

As an avid traveler and adventure-seeker, I’ve journeyed to over 60 countries across five continents, and have sailed across both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. When not teaching or off on global adventures, I enjoy reading, gourmet cooking and catching up on local, national, and international news.
