Zac Scott started teaching in 2014 and joined Iowa Connections Academy in 2023. He teaches science to students in grades 9–12.
Why He Became a Teacher
According to Mr. Scott, “I was not allowed to attend school as a child. So, I am just being rebellious toward my parents.”
The Online School Experience at Iowa Connections Academy
He believes an education at our school helps prepare students for a bright and successful future, in part, because “an online education requires a student to be a self-starter. It’s something most students in a traditional school setting do not have and will never learn.”
