Indiana Connections Academy State-Required Information
- The federal Every Students Succeed Act (ESSA) requires all states, school districts, and schools to provide annual report cards to parents and communities. The report card includes data about test results, attendance, graduation rates, and certification status of teachers. Please see the Indiana Connections Academy report card.

- Indiana Connections Academy is committed to to a policy of educational and workplace equality as outlined in the IHCP Bulletin.
- Each year, Indiana Connections Academy is asked to provide a report on information such as enrollment, attendance rate, statewide assessments and more. View the Annual Performance Report or visit the Indiana Department of Education's website for more information.
- The Indiana Internet Use Policy works to protect students through a series of protective measures, including the prevention of inappropriate materials access and transmission, as well as protection against unauthorized disclosure of personal information over the internet. This policy is in accordance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA).
- To facilitate active involvement of all Board members, the Board allows members to participate by electronic communication as outlined in the Electronic Communication Policy.

- Indiana Connections Academy uses the STAR Reading dyslexia intervention programs to assist students with dyslexia. In the 2022-2023 school year, 45 students received dyslexia intervention, and 0 students were identified with dyslexia.
