How to Reset Your Password or Username

The instructions listed below describe how to reset your Connexus® password if you have forgotten your password or wish to change it.

Step 1: Verify the user account.

Click the button below, and then select ‘Sign In’. From the sign in screen, select ‘Forgot password?‘ or ‘Forgot Username’.

You will need to have your username and the email address that is associated with your account. If you have forgotten your username or email, please call the support representative for assistance at 1-800-221-2720 or email us at pcxsupport@pearson.com.

Reset Your Password

Step 2: An email will be sent.

Once you have submitted your user verification, further instructions will be sent to the email address that is associated with your account. If you are unable to find this email in your inbox or junk mail folder, please contact the support representative for assistance.

Step 3: Create a new password.

To confirm your request for a new password, you must click on the link that is provided in the email. You will be asked to create a new password, which must meet the following criteria:

  • be at least 8 characters in length;
  • contain at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter;
  • contain at least 1 number (0–9); and
  • contain at least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)

Submit the new password to complete the request! You will be redirected to the Connexus login page, where you can now log in and access your user account.
