Wyoming Connections Academy, a tuition-free, online program for students in grades K–12, celebrated the graduating Class of 2025 at Cody Auditorium on Saturday, June 7. Students, family, friends, and faculty gathered to honor the 73 graduating students during the in-person commencement ceremony.

What’s Next for Wyoming Connections Academy High School Graduates?
Of this year’s graduating class, more than 30 percent plan to pursue higher education at 2- or 4-year colleges and universities, nearly 7 percent will enter vocational training programs, and 16 percent intend to join the workforce, with others choosing to travel or take a gap year. Collectively, the class earned more than $164,000 in scholarships and awards.

Wyoming Connections Academy is a tuition-free, online program for K–12 students. The virtual program is part of Rocky Mountain Elementary, Rocky Mountain Middle, and Rocky Mountain High School for Big Horn County School District #1. Wyoming's K–12 districts are accredited by the Wyoming State Board of Education annually in accordance with W.S.21-2-304(a)(ii). Wyoming Connections Academy offers a high-quality educational experience that keeps students motivated and engaged in a safe, virtual learning environment. In addition to academics, teachers focus on building fundamental life skills, working closely with families to help students learn how they learn best. Here, students gain the skills and confidence they need to direct their own educational journey, learning to thrive in the real world by first learning how to be resourceful and resilient.
New for the 2025–2026 academic year, Wyoming Connections Academy will launch its expanded College & Career Readiness offering for middle and high school students. The virtual program will integrate traditional academic subjects with industry-leading, career-focused options like IT, business, health sciences, and marketing. This new offering will equip students with durable skills like leadership, critical thinking, and teamwork.
