Here for Those Who Serve
Family. It’s the building block of communities, and an important part of helping children develop the character and resilience they need to thrive. That’s why our Military Support Team, which includes our military liaison, school liaison officer, Anchored4Life advisors, and administrative assistants, is so important. At Oklahoma Connections Academy, we make sure that military families receive the support needed to overcome their unique challenges. We welcome military families into our community with open arms. In fact, Oklahoma Connections Academy was named a Purple Star designated school by the Oklahoma State Department of Education in November 2023.
If you or your spouse serves in the U.S. military, Stephanie, our Military Support Team liaison, or another team member is prepared to assist:
- When your family transfers from a base in another state
- If your family needs guidance when transitioning to an online environment
- When you need information about Oklahoma graduation requirements
- If your child needs extra support during a family member’s deployment
- As you plan a transfer to an out-of-state base
- Whenever other needs related to military service arise
Additionally, our dedicated team can connect your student with an Anchored4Life Team Lead or Student Rep to help them transition to our school. Oklahoma Connections Academy has three Anchored4Life Clubs—elementary, middle school, and high school—to support students during this transition. Your student will also receive a welcome bag from their A4L Club.

Our online school counselors support students with everything from navigating the college application process to developing coping skills for school and homelife stressors.
Special Education + IEP
We provide a high level of support while encouraging independence and growth. If your child needs an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 plan, we’re here for you.
Online Curriculum
Oklahoma Connections Academy combines the best online and offline resources from leading educational publishers and curriculum specialists to deliver high-quality PreK–12 online education.
