Ohio Connections Academy is extremely proud of graduate Eva. Currently a student at Cleveland State University, she is interning at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. Clearly, the sky is the limit for Eva!
Pathway to Success
Eva enrolled in Ohio Connections Academy to be in a more flexible learning environment where she could maintain her own schedule, work at her own pace, and build out time for breaks and outside activities. She thrived.
Reports Eva, “My teachers were always happy to help with any questions I had. They took time out of their day to help me with difficult lessons or questions. They also gave me great advice when I was applying to college.” She believes her experience at Ohio Connections Academy created a pathway for success in college and prepared her for opportunities outside of the classroom.
Eva was offered an internship at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland where she works on an internal website about artificial intelligence and machine learning. She also had the opportunity to volunteer at the NASA Eclipse Festival in April and give presentations at multiple events.
I love Ohio Connections Academy because it offers a lot of flexibility and provides many career exploration opportunities for students.
