Shelbi Simeone-Montoya is an experienced education leader with 11 years of dedicated service supporting diverse learners. As Director of Special Populations, she oversees programs and initiatives that ensure students with unique learning needs receive high-quality instruction, targeted interventions, and meaningful opportunities for success.

Shelbi’s career includes experience as a Special Education Teacher, Building Administrator, and Virtual Special Education Administrator, giving her a comprehensive understanding of instructional practices, school operations, and innovative service delivery models across both in-person and online environments.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, and a Certificate in Autism. Driven by a deep commitment to advocacy and excellence, Shelbi works collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to build systems that honor every learner’s strengths and potential.
