Minnesota Connections Academy has partnered with Parchment.com to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely in electronic format. If this is your first time requesting a transcript, register with parchment and create a new account on Parchment.com Once you have created your account you may request to have your Official Transcript sent to the destination of your choice as well as track the status of your request.
For graduates who need a diploma verification, or educational records for employment, background screening, self, or other purposes:
Minnesota Connections Academy utilizes the National Student Clearinghouse to confirm high school diplomas. This service complies with FERPA regulations, is accessible 24/7, provides immediate results, and is at no cost to former graduates. Please visit the National Student Clearinghouse to submit your request.
Steps to Request an Official Transcript
- Visit the customized Parchment.com Minnesota Connections Academy transcript request page.
- Fill in the required fields to create your account. If you’re not a graduate of our program, please set your last year attended to the current school year since you’re requesting your transcript now.
- Follow the prompts and sign the waiver.
- Finally, select the destination(s) where you’d like your transcript to be received, either electronically or via mail. You can choose to receive a copy for yourself, search for a school, or enter the destination data manually.

Request Student Records
Requesting Student Records to Transfer to Another Elementary, Middle, or High School:
- If the student is currently enrolled with Minnesota Connections Academy: A current progress Report card (grade book)/unofficial transcript is available at any time by logging into Pearson Online Classroom. More information is available in the school handbook.
- If the student has withdrawn or will be withdrawing from Minnesota Connections Academy: Official Records will be forwarded to the next/current school upon receipt of a records request from the school.
