Gianna Syed
High School Student
Gianna Syed is a high school student at Minnesota Connections Academy. Gianna has three siblings, Amin, Arman and Milayah, who also attend Minnesota Connections Academy. Gianna’s story is below:
“I like choosing which subjects I want to complete first. It feels great to check off my subjects on my daily planner. Science is my favorite because I love learning about animals and the environments they live in. I enjoy talking on the phone with my teachers. I like when they check in and ask me questions about what I am learning.
To keep in touch with friends, I enjoy swimming, soccer, and going for hikes. My mom schedules playdates for me and my friends. I recently joined the tae kwan do team and will be participating in tournaments throughout Minnesota. I am excited for that.”
What I like most about Connections Academy is I can complete my school at home. And I like making friends from my classes.
