TEC Connections Academy State-Required Information
The federal Every Students Succeed Act (ESSA) requires all states, school districts, and schools to provide annual report cards to parents and communities. The report card includes data about test results, attendance, graduation rates, and certification status of teachers. TEC Connections Academy report card.
Physical Education Requirement
Per MA General Law Chapter 71 Section 3, physical education is a required subject for all TECCA students each year in grades K-12. Specific requirements by grade level are:
- All students in grades K-5 will be enrolled in PE/Health for the duration of each school year.
- All students in grades 6-12 will have one semester of PE each year.
