Sarah Nelson
Assistant Principal (Elementary)
Sarah Nelson is the elementary school assistant principal at Indiana Connections Academy. Ms. Nelson began her teaching career after graduating from Olivet Nazarene University in 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education with endorsements in language arts and music. Ms. Nelson shares below why she became a teacher.
"I remember, vividly, walking down the halls of my high school during my senior year. I had just returned from my cadet teaching experience working with second grade students on sandwich writing. That morning's activity made me realize that nothing would make me happier than being a teacher and having the opportunity to help students grow and achieve their goals. As a teacher at Indiana Connections Academy, I am truly able to work with students to meet their individual needs every day!"
