Aravis Lynd
Graduate Student
Aravis is a graduate of Indiana Connections Academy. She lives in New Richmond, Indiana, with her family, which includes her sister Caspian, who is also an Indiana Connections Academy graduate. Aravis enjoys the flexibility Indiana Connections Academy gave her to pursue her many interests. Her mother shares her story below.
"By far, Connections Academy has been the best fit for our family. We had tried homeschooling as well as bricks-and-mortar schools. At Indiana Connections Academy, Ms. Williams, Aravis'; literature teacher, has been very helpful and encouraging. She has really brought Aravis out of her shell, and I have seen my daughter step out of her comfort zone during her Gifted and Talented Literature Studies LiveLesson® sessions.
After school, Aravis likes to spend her time working with her 4-H goats and chickens. She attends church regularly, has a strawberry garden, and is a huge fan of Doctor Who. In addition, she volunteers at the local Red Cross, is avid about recycling, and is a member of the National Junior Honor Society."
By far, Connections Academy has been the best fit for our family.
