“I became an educator to help children develop a lifelong love of learning. I had a fifth grade teacher who had a great impact on my life. She was so passionate about teaching and really cared about her students. She inspired me to develop that same passion for teaching.

Teaching at an online school really allows me to build a strong, positive relationship with both the students and their Learning Coaches. It allows me to really see where my students are academically, and together we can build on their current knowledge. Great River Connections Academy has so many different learning opportunities that allow students to grasp the concepts being taught in a way that is tailored to their specific learning styles.

I love that our school community truly has a student-centered focus. Every single administrator, teacher, and school staff member wants to provide a positive and impactful learning environment.”

Great River Connections Academy truly allows for Learning Coaches and teachers to work together to help the student grow both as a learner and as a person!
