Our Mission

Connections Academy at Gateway's mission is to help each student maximize his or her potential and meet the highest performance standards through a uniquely individualized learning program.

Connections Academy at Gateway is a tuition-free online public K–10 school program in California, connecting students with certified teachers and a high-quality curriculum. Connections Academy at Gateway is state certified and open to students in grades K–10 in select California counties.

Connections Academy® Network schools are supported by Connections Education LLC, dba Pearson Virtual Learning, which is accredited by Cognia, formerly AdvancED.
