Anne Levardsen is a graduate of Michigan Connections Academy (MICA). She is from Owosso, Michigan. At MICA, Anne was able to personalize her learning experience. She shares her story below.
"I had always been homeschooled, but my mother and I wanted an alternative program for high school to suit my unique needs as a learner. Choosing an online school was the next step in my education.
MICA allowed me to work at my own pace, on my own time, and it also allowed me to experience the learning aspect of public school within my own environment. My teachers are always ready to help, and my proficiency in subjects went up dramatically after I enrolled. MICA was by far the best online education program I tried. Connections Academy made my learning experience so much easier by letting me take control of my learning
