The Online School Experience at Wyoming Connections Academy
“I became a teacher to help kids along their journey toward achieving life goals,” says Ms. Lesh-Simpson. “What I love most about Wyoming Connections Academy is the opportunity to work alongside amazing students and staff from varying parts of Wyoming who all have unique life experiences.”
She also feels the biggest benefit of teaching at an online school is working with students who live in different parts of the state—and a school community filled with people who genuinely care about Wyoming Connections Academy families.

My Teaching Background
Ms. Lesh-Simpson believes an education at Wyoming Connections Academy helps prepare students for a bright and successful future by emphasizing important life skills, such as independence, initiative, time management, and organization.
“If I could give a prospective parent one bit of advice as they’re making the decision to enroll in our school, it would be to consider the benefits of having teachers who provide your child with individualized support throughout the school day,” she says.
