Erin Dilley is a high school social studies teacher at Pacific Northwest Connections Academy. She began teaching in 2006 and joined Pacific Northwest Connections Academy in 2019. She has earned several degrees, including a bachelor’s degree in history and international studies, a master’s in secondary teacher education, and a doctorate degree in educational leadership. Ms. Dilley shares more about her passion for education below:
“I have known since childhood that teaching was for me as I love helping, guiding, coaching, and learning from kids! What I love most about Pacific Northwest Connections Academy is that we offer an option for kids who would otherwise not have another option.
“Unlike a traditional school, online school provides flexibility in both physicality and instruction. Pacific Northwest Connections Academy is able to provide consistent curriculum across programs and teachers. We also offer our community the ability to connect with students and colleagues in more intentional ways.
“The rigor and accountability at Pacific Northwest Connections Academy are second to no other high school in Washington!”
When she is not teaching, Ms. Dilley enjoys hiking, running, and traveling with her kids and dog.
