"I have always liked helping others learn; I love learning. I had teachers I really appreciated while I was in school. I saw the good and bad teaching techniques. I wanted to be the ‘good’ teacher who really cared whether the students could understand. I wanted students to have a love for learning, and I wanted teach them how to be successful, starting with their schoolwork and daily lives. Also, I have always been involved in so many activities, and, with that, I have had the opportunity to teach in many ways.
I see an enthusiasm at INCA. The staff is excited about the opportunity to teach in this format. The parents I have talked with have a genuine interest in their children. This school setting is unique, and in many instances I find it more personal than the traditional bricks-and-mortar school."
