The Career Ladder enhances educational opportunities and achievement for all students through the promotion of exceptional teachers into positions of increasing responsibility and authority.

Our Career Ladder offers great benefits to teachers:

There are four levels of the Career Ladder: Coordinator Teacher, Lead Teacher, Specialist Teacher and Master Teacher. As teachers grow in their skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of the Connections Academy programs and virtual education, the four levels of the Career Ladder provide an opportunity for professional advancement and a corresponding increase in compensation.

We are constantly growing, expanding, and evolving. As we continue to develop our schools, we look to our foundation of excellent teachers to take on leadership roles and help mold our future.
