Additional Employer-Paid Benefits

  • Short-Term Disability equal to 100% of your base pay for up to 6 weeks and 66 2/3rd for the balance of your disability period; After five years of service, the benefit improves to cover employees at 100% of pay for a longer period of time
  • Long-Term Disability equal to 50% of your base pay up to a maximum of $20,833 per month
  • Employer-paid Group Term Life insurance and AD&D insurance equal to two times base salary (up to a maximum of $1,000,000)

Paid Leave

  • 10-month staff (per school year): (all paid time off is pro-rated for a partial year of service)
    • 2 personal days with the potential to earn additional personal days based on annual performance review

  • 12-month employees: (all paid time off is pro-rated for a partial year of service)
    • 9 paid holidays
    • Holiday Break (includes 12/26–12/31) (excludes employees hired between 12/1–12/31)
    • 1 floating holiday

    • Vacation days based upon tenure and start date
      • First year: up to 5 days
