About Us

Texas Connections Academy @ Houston is a full-time statewide virtual school for students in grades 3–8 under the terms of the Texas Electronic Course Pilot (eCP) in partnership with the Houston Independent School District (HISD). The school served 100 students from December 19, 2008, through August 15, 2009 and will be expanded to 1000 students for the 2009–10 school year, and will follow a standard school calendar.
