Field Trips
Bringing Lessons to Life
From the South Carolina State Museum, to the State Farmer's Market, to the zoo and botanical gardens, South Carolina's diverse resources and history are part of the curriculum at SCCA.
At SCCA, field trips bring classroom lessons to life and give students the opportunity to meet and make friends. Parents and siblings are welcome to join as teachers lead SCCA students on trips that combine adventure, fun, and education:
- Cultural outings that deepen their understanding of art, music, and theater.
- History tours that vividly trace the impact of the past on the present.
- Excursions that connect math and science concepts to practical living and working applications.
