Each household with broadband service (e.g. cable, DSL, or satellite Internet service) receives $120 paid three times a year. Payments are made during December, March, and June. Call the Support Team if you have questions about qualifying broadband Internet service. Families not enrolled for the entire payment period will receive a pro-rated payment. If you change from a dial-up service to a high-speed connection during the school year please notify us at 800-382-6010 so we can update your information so you can receive the appropriate amount for the Internet subsidy.
We offer comprehensive technical support for the systems we provide and complete information on proper usage of hardware and software.
Using Your Own Equipment
If you choose to use your own computer, be sure your system meets our minimum system requirements.
Internet Service
