At CCA, we’re committed to retaining the best state-certified teachers available and to giving them all the resources necessary to help each student succeed. Trained and experienced in online learning and virtual classroom management, our dedicated teachers provide:
Within Connexus®, our highly individualized learning management system, our teachers know their students—whether they need extra help or a new challenge. With more than 125 teachers working in six teaching centers across the state, our teachers collaborate to share ideas, information, and teaching techniques with our CCA families.

So what exactly makes our online school teachers so outstanding? Besides their certification and experience, teachers at CCA are versatile, using their creativity and technological skills to engage students and coordinate with parents in a variety of ways.
Our cyber school teachers go above and beyond by:
- Coordinating with Learning Coaches by sharing teaching tips and techniques
- Visiting local cities in our Mobile Classroom to deliver hands-on learning
- Using technology to conduct live interactive classroom discussions
- Analyzing and providing feedback on students’ progress in their individual instruction plans
- Providing additional help to students in our Study Hall, Personalized Tutoring, and After Hours programs
