Enrollment Process

Enrollment for the 2011–12 School Year

Enrollment for the 2011–12 school year is open. Students may enroll for 2nd semester, which began January 12, 2012. Enrollment will close for the year:

  • February 27, 2012 for grades 9–12
  • March 15, 2012 for grades K–8

If your family is ready to join the Connections Academy community, follow the steps in our enrollment process outlined below. 

How to Enroll

Enroll Online

To enroll online you will need an email address and regular access to a computer. Create an account with us, and provide us with some information about your student and family. Begin online enrollment now.

Enroll by Mail or Phone

If you do not have an email address or regular access to a computer, you may enroll through our offline process. Complete the Enrollment Package Request form to have an enrollment package mailed to you. You may also call the Enrollment Team at 800-382-6010 to start the enrollment process by phone.

Enrollment Drop-off

Stop by our Mason office every Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m. to fax your documents and speak one-on-one with an enrollment specialist.

Enrollment for the 2012–13 School Year

Enrollment for the 2012–13 school year will open April 3, 2012. To receive information about Ohio Connections Academy and future enrollment updates complete the enrollment notification form.
