Nevada Connections Academy Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2009–10 School Year

Open Enrollment for the 2009–10 school year ended September 18th.

We will continue to accept new applications, however all students not enrolled as of September 18th will be placed on the waiting list for consideration in a monthly lottery to fill vacancies.

A lottery will take place the 1st of each month to fill any vacancies that exist. If there are no vacancies in any of the grade ranges on the 1st of the month then a lottery will not be conducted that month. All students not yet enrolled but who have begun the enrollment process will have an equal opportunity to be randomly selected in the lottery and those selected will have 30 days from the day they are selected to complete the enrollment process. If students who are selected do not complete the enrollment process in the 30 day period then they will lose their “selected” status and be put back into the next month’s lottery pool.

The enrollment process will cease temporarily due to state testing from October 30, 2009 through November 22, 2009 for students in the 11th and 12th grades. If selected in the lottery, students entering these grades will not be able to enroll until November 23rd.

Notifications will be sent electronically to the parent/legal guardians of those students who are selected.

Enrollment for the 2010–11 School Year

Enrollment for the 2010–11 school year is scheduled to open on April 1, 2010. If you are interested in enrolling for 2010–11, please provide us with your contact information and we will notify you when enrollment begins.

Enroll online

Although enrollment for the 2009—10 school year has ended, you may still submit an application. You will then be placed on the lottery waiting list and will be notified if your name is selected to continue the enrollment process. Begin online enrollment now.

Enroll by mail or fax

If you do not have an email address or regular access to a computer, you may enroll through our offline process. Complete the Enrollment Package Request form to have an enrollment package mailed to you.
