The Missouri Virtual Instruction Program (MoVIP) is a statewide program that allows Missouri students to take virtual courses on a part-time or full-time basis. MoVIP students access the program from their computers at home or at their local schools.
The State of Missouri is currently in the process of selecting MoVIP curriculum providers for the 2009–10 school year. Connections Academy is one of the curriculum providers being evaluated. Please Request Information if you would like to be kept up to date about the availability of Connections Academy curriculum in Missouri in 2009–10.
Technology Support for 2008–09
We offer comprehensive technical support for issues related to our Learning Management System (LMS) and complete information on proper usage of the LMS.
MoVIP K–5 students will be accessing the LMS from their computers at home or at their local schools. Please check to be sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
Contacting Support
Connections Academy's toll-free technical support number, 1-800-382-6010, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will have access to a live operator or you will receive a call back if you leave a message from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. At other times, you may leave a message in the MoVIP technical support voice mailbox and someone will return your call, generally the next business day.
You may also use our email support at MoVIPK5support@connectionsacademy.com. These messages are monitored from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT. Responses will be by email unless you request a return phone call. Response times may be longer on the weekends.
